Every year, as winter fades and spring arrives, our children at the Supporting Children Initiative Foundation (SCIF) Nepal eagerly await one of the most joyful festivals of the year — Holi!
Known as the festival of colors, Holi is a time to celebrate love, togetherness, and new beginnings. For our 15 children, it’s more than just splashing colors — it’s a day filled with laughter, music, dancing, and the warmth of feeling truly at home.
This year, the courtyard was alive with shrieks of delight as the kids chased each other with colored powder and water balloons. Our house manager and staff joined in too, making it a celebration for everyone.
